1-on-1 Coaching Program Cancellations

All coaching sessions are made-to-order and time-reserved specifically for you.
Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations or reschedules are allowed with less than 24 hours' notice.

No refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled sessions.

Refund Policy – Coaching Services

Due to the personalized nature of coaching, all sales are final.
Once payment is completed, you cannot cancel, refund, or transfer your purchase.

This applies to both single sessions and full 13-session program packages.

Please note: Coaching services are not considered physical products and are therefore excluded from any general merchandise return or refund policies listed elsewhere on this site. All coaching sales are final and governed by the terms outlined here.

Tips & Donations

Tips and donations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Once submitted, they cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
